Role Overview

The Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator will support day-to-day operational activities across inventory management, logistics coordination, dispatch planning, vendor coordination, procurement support, and operational reporting.
This role is ideal for recent postgraduate candidates (0–2 years’ experience). The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams supporting the delivery of Industrial AI solutions across Australia.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inventory, stock availability, and dispatch activities for operational hardware and sensors
  • Support logistics, shipment tracking, and supplier/vendor coordination
  • Assist in procurement planning, operational reporting, and demand forecasting
  • Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and inventory records
  • Coordinate with engineering, customer success, and field teams for operational support.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Operations Management
  • Engineering Management
  • Logistics
  • MBA (Operations / Supply Chain)
  • 0–2 years of experience

Internship or part-time experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, procurement, or supply chain will be advantageous

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across the mining sector in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within mining companies (e.g., Rio Tinto, BHP, Fortescue, South32) and a proven track record of B2B enterprise solution sales. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with mining and resources companies across WA
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders — maintenance heads, digital transformation leads, reliability engineers, and procurement
  • Conduct consultative selling, including technical presentations, product demos, and ROI-based proposals
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product strategy and go-to-market plans

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mining, industrial automation, digital solutions, or condition monitoring
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic accounts
  • Strong network within Tier-1 and Tier-2 mining companies in WA
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling; familiarity with SaaS or predictive maintenance solutions is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demand Management & Pipeline Health
  • Creating a solid demand generation plan including workshop, Presentations and other marketing tools.
